Instant Access

Upon successful payment and account creation, you will receive immediate access to:

• All subscription features based on your plan
• Story creation and comic generation tools
• Your storyteller profiles and created content

Processing Time

Story processing times vary based on:

• Length of audio recording
• Complexity of the story
• Current system load

Most stories are processed within 5-15 minutes. You can track processing status in real-time through your account.

Content Availability

All your created stories remain accessible as long as:

• Your subscription is active
• You have not deleted the content
• You comply with our Terms of Service

Data Export

You can download and export your story content at any time through your account settings. This includes:

• Original audio recordings
• Generated comic images
• Story transcriptions
• Metadata and metrics

Future Physical Products

We are planning to offer physical printed comic books in the future. When available, shipping policies for physical products will be updated on this page and our linked policy documents.
